Picnic Barbeque Chicken for a dinner party recipe:
½ cup Dijon mustard
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
3 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp cider vinegar
1 pound chicken pieces
1.Mix mustard, brown sugar, oil and vinegar. Set aside ½ of the mixture in a separate bowl.
2. Rinse chicken (for breasts pound breasts between waxed paper to ½ inch thick) and pat dry. Place chicken on a heated grill and baste with half of the mustard mix. Cook chicken until juices run clear or a meat thermometer reads 170 degrees when placed in the thickest part of the chicken piece.
3.Remove chicken from grill, drizzle with remaining mustard mix and serve.
